Art Therapy uses the creative process as a tool for emotional exploration, personal growth and inner regulation. The focus isn't on artistic talent or the aesthetic result — it's on the lived experience during the act of creation.
Through drawing, color, form and creative expression, participants can explore emotions, tensions and experiences that are sometimes hard to put into words.
Every experience is adapted to the person and their inner pace, in a space that's safe, guided and free of judgment.
Session format
Format: individual sessions and group workshops. Individual session length: 50–60 minutes.
