Detailed description
Conscious parenting starts from within the parent. In coaching sessions, we work both with practical tools for relating to and communicating with the child, and with how the parent internally lives and interprets difficult situations at home.
The process includes introspection, mindfulness, awareness and practical strategies adapted to each family.
The goal isn't to control the child — it's to build a clearer, more stable and more authentic relationship in which both the child and the parent can keep their balance and individuality.
