The Mindfulness & Wellbeing workshops are group experiences built to support wellbeing, self-regulation and a higher quality of life.

The aim of these gatherings is to create real moments of pause, wellbeing, clarity and reconnection — in a world that keeps moving faster.

Session format

Each workshop is professionally facilitated and adapted to the group, in a space that encourages safety, presence and authenticity.

Depending on the theme, sessions may include:
